I had my first real hair salon experience today. I will admit right now that i have never ever been to a salon before in my life. Hometown and in home one's aside. For ages my mom cut my bangs and the lady down the section cut my hair. Then last year at college i started dying my hair. I only dye the underparts black. Well it had faded too much so i was prepared to dye it myself again when i decided i would splurge and go into town.
Sooooooo long story short it was amazing. I could sit and let them massage my head all day......but alas an hour later she was done and i was dropping a wopping $55.30 on their counter for it. That was after my two discounts (mall employee and ten off for being special). Yipes!
This is me trying up my new hair do. I was going for the windblown effect.....I failed miserably.
All in all I loved getting it done but i can tell you that i wont be going in again in eight weeks.....more like next year sometime..

HI!!!
Great hair-- love the windblown look. I really enjoy your black dyed part of your hair-- have I ever told you that? Whenever I see other people with that look I always think of you. Speaking of you... I should call you. I'll try hard to stay up tonight and give you a ring. I just go to bed so early here compared to home time! And to answer your question: no, I cannot see the stars very well in Londontown. And it isn't that foggy here either... I think all that fog long ago was actaully smog, which has been lessened with the goal of London to be more green. I have 20/20 again tonight! Yay for fellowship and jacket potatoes (aka what we call baked). :) Ok, so maybe I will talk to you later... love you! and miss you bunches and bunches my black hair-dyed friend.
GASP! You changed your blog didn't you? it used to be black and white... and now it looks more like your bedspread, a nice shade of brown.
